Eight individual Sweet Home athletes and the girls short relay team qualified last weekend for the state 4A track and field championships, putting Huskies in 10 events.
Head Coach Allyson Bodenbach said she and the other coaches were “extremely pleased” with the Huskies’ performance.
“There was nothing that went terribly wrong,” she said. “There was nobody that didn’t get in that should have gotten in. I think they’re all pretty excited.”
