A Lebanon woman was injured Sunday afternoon, June 12, when her three-wheeled motorcycle crashed on Highway 228, near Greenville Road, west of Sweet Home.
According to the Oregon State Police, Dorothy Ann Hubbard, 68, was eastbound towards Sweet Home when she lost control on the rain-slicked road and was thrown from her Harley Davidson trike.
According to OSP, Hubbard hit the guardrail and sustained a broken arm as well as head injuries that, according to a police report, will require surgery. She was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
There was no damage to the motorcycle or the guardrail, according to the OSP. Other riders in a group Hubbard was with trailered the trike to her residence.
