3:42 a.m – Kyle James Elmer, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for third degree theft, failure to appear on an original charge for third degree theft, a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court.

2:15 p.m – Kelly Duane Kearns, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for carrying a concealed weapon.
4:21 p.m – Kristen Mengore, 52m was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
4:40 p.m – Matthew Gillette, was cited for driving while suspended.
9:56 p.m – Buzz Star Dodson Jr., was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges for second degree animal abuse and criminal driving.

8:48 a.m – Peter Piazza was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for second degree animal neglect.
3:53 p.m – Brooke King, was cited for failure to install an interlock ignition device, no operator’s license and failure to carry proof of insurance.
6:25 p.m – Dustin Andrew Clarneau, 49, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for second degree criminal mischief.
7:41 p.m – Damion Michael Aragon, 27, was arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for second degree criminal mischief, failure to register as a sex offender, failure to appear on a charge for second degree robbery and second degree failure to appear. Aragon was additionally arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for a probation violation on an original charge for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

2:10 a.m – Michael Anthony Bly, 51, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for felon in possession of a firearm.
7:28 a.m – Caller reports a female walking around neighbors property. Officer responded, report taken for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and attempted third degree theft.
8:23 a.m – Nickolas Ryan Shoulders, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for third degree theft.
9:12 p.m – Austin Alan Ross, 26, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for second degree theft, third degree theft, failure to appear on original charges for fleeing and third degree theft. Ross was also arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for three counts of failure to appear on criminal citations and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for three counts of first degree failure to appear, two counts of failure to appear on criminal citation, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
