Marco Levi Ashe, 32, pleaded guilty in Linn County Circuit Court to second-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and first-degree aggravated theft on July 23 in the June 14 case of a home invasion robbery.
He is among four suspects arrested in connection to the case.
He was additionally charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree robbery, second-degree theft and third-degree theft.
A sentencing hearing is set for Aug. 7. Facing the same charges are Brian Lee Lindsay, 26, and Jacob Salvador, 21.
A fourth suspect, Sirena Patricio, was arrested in connection to the case and charged with first-degree theft and first-degree aggravated theft as well as possession of heroin and possession of meth. The possession charges have been dropped.
Salvador and Lindsay are scheduled for arraignment on Aug. 4. Patricio is scheduled for an early resolution hearing on Aug. 8.
The charges stem from a June 14 incident when police responded to the 4900 block of Mimosa Circle at about 8:24 a.m. Three men at the residence reported that three other men had entered the residence and held one of the victims at knife point while removing a small safe containing a large sum of cash from the home.
No victims were injured.
Based on witness information, police identified Salvador as a suspect. Lebanon police arrested Salvador on June 14 on an unrelated Sweet Home warrant.
Sweet Home police located Lindsay when they executed a search warrant off Ridgeway Road. On June 15, Lebanon police located and arrested Ashe. Patricio was arrested in Lebanon on June 19.
Ashe, Lindsay and Salvador remain lodged at Linn County Jail.
