The Sweet Home Planning Commission on Thursday, Oct. 6, unanimously granted a conditional-use permit allowing T2 Incorporated to place a truck reload station on two acres owned by Sweet Home Real Estate Restorations owner Josh Victor at 2210 Tamarack St., the former Weyerhaeuser/Willamette Industries mill site.
The station will occupy an already paved area on the railroad tracks’ north side, at the end of 24th Avenue.
