Circuit Court: Nov. 6, 2024

Warrants are out on the following individuals: Hope Marie Connors, Brandon Ryan Freeman, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Billy Wayne Hatch Jr., Faron Walter Kennedy, Scott Kevin Heinz, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Bryce William McGowan, Eric Wayne McKnight, Carrie Lynne Miller, James Keith Mortensen, Nicholas Alan Nelson, Emmanuel Wayne Peters, Daniel Austin Phillips, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Dustin Lee Taylor, Joshua Alexander Williams.

 

Andrew Jacob Justin Cartwright, 37, was sentenced Oct. 23 to 60 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, and 36 month post prison supervision after pleading guilty to first degree arson at Fir Lawn Lutheran Church. Charges of second degree burglary and first degree criminal mischief were dismissed. In a separate case he was sentenced to 18 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections (concurrent with the other case), two years post prison supervision, and $10 restitution after pleading guilty to third degree robbery of Serranos Taqueria. Charges of third degree theft and failure to appear were dismissed.

 

The court dismissed without prejudice a case against Steven Allen Duran, 41, on Oct. 14 for a first degree aggravated theft charge. In separate cases, the court dismissed with prejudice on Oct. 15 charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance – Schedule II, criminal driving while suspended or revoked, attempt to commit a Class A misdemeanor, and interfering with a peace/parole or probation officer.

In a separate case, Duran was sentenced Oct. 15 to 30 days jail, 18 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, and 24 months post prison supervision after pleading no contest to first degree child neglect, and recklessly endangering another person; charges of first degree criminal mistreatment, third degree assault, and endangering the welfare of a minor were dismissed. In a separate case, on Oct. 15 he was sentenced to 121 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections (concurrent with other sentence), 36 months post prison supervision, and a $500 fine after pleading no contest to delivery of methamphetamine; charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and felon in possession of a firearm were dismissed.

 

Daniel Keith Follett, 33, was charged Oct. 28 with second degree burglary. He posted 10% of a $10,000 bail.

 

Camelia Marie Jeppsen, 66, was sentenced July 8 to 90 days suspension of a driver’s license, five days jail, 12 months bench probation, and a $100 fine after pleading guilty to reckless driving. Charges of recklessly endangering another person, violation of the open container law in a motor vehicle, and DUII were dismissed. Jeppsen was placed in the diversion program after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .16% BAC.

 

Levi Spence Loewen, 44, was sentenced Oct. 23 to one year’s suspension of a boating license, 18 months bench probation, and a $1,00 fine after pleading no contest to a boating DUII (liquor) with a .14% BAC. A failure to appear charge was dismissed.

 

Rockie Eugene William Morse, 51, was charged Nov. 4 with strangulation. Bail was set at $20,000.

 

Nicholas Nathan Nivison, 31, was charged Oct. 24 with strangulation.

 

Chad Timothy Perreard, 40, was charged Oct. 25 with DUII (liquor) and three counts of third degree assault.

 

Jamie Marie Pesek, 54, was placed in the diversion program on May 29 after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .15% BAC.

 

Kaden James Rodriguez, 21, was placed in the diversion program on Dec. 13, 2023 after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .14% BAC. Court documents indicate Rodriguez may have violated terms of the program.

 

Michael Todd Rosencrantz, 36, was charged Nov. 4 with domestic violence strangulation, domestic violence menacing, unlawful use of a weapon, and domestic violence fourth degree assault.

 

Jeremy Lee Sanders, 42, was placed in the diversion program on May 8 after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .24% BAC.

 

Paul Levi Shelton, 35, was sentenced Sept. 17 to 90 days suspension of a driver’s license, and 30 days with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections after pleading no contest to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. Two counts of reckless driving, and a second count of fleeing or attempting to elude were dismissed.

 

Kenneth Todd Smalley, 44, was sentenced Sept. 20 to a one-year revocation of a driver’s license, 18 months supervised probation, and restitution in the amount of $18,182.19 after pleading no contest to unauthorized use of a vehicle. Charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and first degree criminal mischief were dismissed. In a separate case, he was sentenced on Sept. 23 to 36 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to substantial quantity of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, attempt to commit a Class A felony – delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, and two counts of first degree failure to appear. Charges dismissed were: attempt to commit a Class B felony, tampering with physical evidence, unlawful possession of a controlled substance – Schedule II, and manufacture of methamphetamine. The two cases have since been combined and the judgment orders put on appeal.

 

Charges against Leanna Kaylynn Smith, 37, of resisting arrest, assaulting a public safety officer, and interfering with a peace officer or parole and probation officer were dismissed with prejudice on March 11. The state filed an appeal on April 10.

 

Shantell Rene Watkins, 28, was charged Oct. 24 with DUII (liquor), reckless driving, and failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged.

 

Anthony Allen Victor, 40, was sentenced Aug. 23 to 12 months bench probation and a $100 fine after pleading no contest to harassment. Charges of fourth degree assault and recklessly endangering another person were dismissed.
