Molly Mosby

Molly Ruth (Coulter) Mosby of Meridian, Idaho, peacefully passed away May 14, 2025.
She was born in Sweet Home to Frank Coulter and Hilda (Geit) Coulter. She arrived on January 1, 1929, which earned her family $5 as she was the first baby of the year in Linn County.
She was raised in Sweet Home and was the seventh of the 12 Coulter kids. She graduated from Sweet Home High Schoot in 1946.
It was in Sweet Home that she met and fell in love with Robert “Bob” Mosby. They were married at the Evangelical Church on Oct. 13, 1946; they had been married for 67 years when he passed in 2013.
They had four children and throughout the years lived and raised their family in eight different states before retiring back in Sweet Home.
Molly was a joyful homemaker and was well known for her delicious food and her loving demeanor.
Those who were lucky enough to enjoy her culinary delights can attest to her skill in the kitchen and how she had a way of bringing people together over food. She was an amazing hostess to go along with her tasty dishes and desserts; she masterfully entertained family and friends often.
Molly enjoyed the family pastime of playing cards, both pinochle and bridge, with both her kids and their growing families as well as her siblings, who gathered weekly to play in later
years. She always played to win these games and delighted when she came out on top.
Molly was known for her laugh; she loved to laugh and was always a positive and cheerful person.
Molly is survived by all four of her children: Wade of West Linn, Wayne (Kayrn) of Fruitland,
ldaho, Tim (Robin) of Kingman, Ariz.,and Robbie Nyara of Boise, Idaho; and her eight grandchildren, Jason, Tara, Mary Anne, Abby, Chartie, Tate, Heath and Erin; as well as 24 great-grandchildren; and seven of her siblings: Dottie, Donna, Bonnie, Euta, Larry, Marian, and Gayte and her sister-in-taw, Mary Jean Simpson of Granite Bay, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Bob; and four siblings: Mina, Norma, Wanda and Jack; son-in-law, Bill and daughter-in-law Susan.
The family wiLt be having a service on July 20 in Sweet Home. Molly will be greatly
missed; she was loved by so many and her circle of family and friends was wide.
